The hotel looks as good as the pictures. Everything was well maintained and cared for. Everything was cleaned daily and the pools and pool areas were amazing. But it's the staff that make this place. They are all fantastic miss ioanna is amazing at the front desk. She really made everything so easy from checking in to checking out or anything else you need. Thankyou...
Overall the hotel is amazing, very spacious and great for couples. The staff was also kind and always happy to help.
The area is also very nice, with supermarkets nearby, cafes, tavernas etc.
The room was fully equipped with everything needed and very modern looking with a zen a feel.
The hotel feels new, everything looks good, very good food, fun for couples, but not amazing for kids, as there is nothing available for kids. Amazing view from all pools and restaurants.
BEAUTIFUL hotel, very modern and new, clean and comfortable to get around.
First I must note the incredible employees at the front desk, especially Joanna, who were very attentive and helpful with a special situation that we had, and made us feel very welcome.
We were in a room further from the lobby but it was still a 5 minute walk. The buffet is great, we were in an all inclusive package and loved all meals. There's also a snack bar with more food and drinks (regular and alcoholic) between meals. I do think the AI is worth it. We were in a swim up room and like it, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the room was spacious. We got bottled water every time the room was cleaned.
Everything is accessible, we do wish we got a map with all restaurants and such because it took a bit of self exploring to figure out where everything is.
Overall WONDERFUL experience and we'll be back- highly recommended.
