Katerina the host was exceptionally helpful and very friendly and a wonderful host, we felt like old friends by the time we left. The apartment is very well equipped and the terrace is fabulous, very spacious with a great view to the harbour and the sea. The walk to the beach is 5 mins or less and if you come out of the apartment and turn right and head right to the top of the road there is a large Synka supermarket for everything you could possibly need.
There are great restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and the old town is a 15 minute walk or a very cheap taxi ride away where you will find wonderful shops and restaurants. Rethymnon beach was much better than I expected and we used two different areas in the middle opposite the Theo Hotel, sunbeds at both were free of charge if buying items from their cafes which we did and had lovely frappes and club sandwiches delivered to our sunbeds for very reasonable prices.
Katerina is absolutely lovely. Extremely helpful, kind and courteous.
Very well located , equipped with everything we needed, host very friendly. Big balcony. When we go again to Rethymno, we will try to stay here again.

Very convenient accommodation, nice balcony, cosy decoration and awsome view at the sea and marina. We stayed at a very hot week, so we can say that the air-condition works well. The room was clean, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming! We loved that it was easy to reach old town and the beach. Would definitely stay again!
