Don't be discouraged by the lack of reviews as we were the first guests in this apartment. The place is amazing and the property manager responds fast and is helpful.
The biggest pro of the apartment is the close proximity to the beach, which is about 20m and quite empty and beautiful. Besides that, everything you'd imagine is there, a lot of kitchen equipment for cooking, AC works well, there is a washing machine, there really wasn't anything we'd have needed in addition. (The only thing was an umbrella for the sun which we bought and left in the apartment for the next guests to enjoy.)
We mainly relaxed on the beach and did not rent a car. We made day trips by public bus to Chania and Georgiopoulis, so that's an option, too, in case it was not on your radar.
We were very warmly welcomed and would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet vacation.
