The Friendliness of the staff, the different facilities and the food

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had an issue with our air conditioner and they helped us switch to a similiar room the same day also, helped us book taxies. The food was excelent, there were 3 restaurants in the facility so no croudness was felt in the restaurants at any point during our stay. The view was stunning and the room was spacious and clean

I loved that it was on the ocean. The staff were wonderful. The person cleaning our room was so friendly, a bright point to our day. The staff in the buffet room were very friendly and attentive. The front desk staff were always helpful. Loved the pool in our room.

It truly is a family resort - it was so easy to relax when they have everything you need - kid-friendly food, high chairs, shade options, kid pools, blackout blinds, soundproofed room, playgrounds, activities - it was great!! Great coffee machines! Beautiful view from our room. Food was delicious and the buffet patio overlooking the sea was wonderful. We rented a car and took a day trip to Chania.
