The position of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast and the dinner are very good. Nice place, reccomended.
Everything was good. The room was super clean and fresh. Breakfast and dinner also were nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Also there is free parking area near by the hotel. Reception is in Sergio's Hotel.
Lovely hotel situated near the beach in the centre of Hersonissos. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the warm welcome of Nikos in the dining room each day. The variety of food, the taste of it, we were amazed. A good value for money. It is a 2* hotel but with a 5* staff and restaurant services.
The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
Hotel was on very good position,just 50 m away of bus station 22, where buses from and to Heraklion arrive, and 150 m from nearest beach. Room was clean and comfort.Beds were comfy.Wi fi worked perfect in whole hotel.Stuff were kind and helpful.Food was so various, delicious and tasty.There were a lot of different animations every evening.I will be back one day
Value of money, location that everything was very close and the beach is 200 meters to walk. Housekeeper from Ukraine was also very friendly and welcoming, everyday asked if everything is okay.
