Hotel Machalas is a large complex of apartments. It is located in Kipoi village which is in central Zagori. The complex’s traditional architecture is based on wood and hand-hewn stone. Each apartment has its own individual style and décor that may include multicolored Zagorian ceilings, heavy Persian carpets and traditional hand-made wood and iron furniture. The apartments are equipped with a fireplace, heating, a hydromassage shower or spa bath and an LCD satellite TV. A rich buffet breakfast which includes homemade jam, honey and bread is served in the lobby area. Machalas also has a family-run tavern serving traditional specialties. Hotel activities that can be arranged by the hotel include hiking, climbing and rafting. Near the complex there is a tavern, a bakery, a grocery and a pastry shop. Beauty treatments and massage sessions can be arranged upon request. Hotel Machalas is very close to traditional, stone-built bridges and Vikos Gorge. Ioannina Airport is at 21 mi. There is private parking on site and free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Stay in a dream! A large, well-kept and beautiful garden with lots of seating and magical stone houses. The rooms are in an ancient style with wood and lots of space. The perfect accommodation for families because there is a playground for children and lots of grass and space. The hosts are pleasant and welcoming, giving you a feeling of home. A beautiful village to walk through and in the evening sit in the tavern across the road. The breakfast is wonderful and luxurious. A place that is healing for the soul and opens the heart. The best value for money ever. Highly recommended!
The property located right at the beginning of the loop trail along the famous bridges of Zagori. Authentic design, perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed, small good equipped kitchen, self controlled fast heating, hot water any time. Great tavern just across the street. Good breakfast.
