I liked how they had plenty of welcoming treats, the widest and most generous giveaway I've seen so far. Coffee, tea, mini wafers, juice, water and more. It had basic appliances (microwave, iron, hair dryer). It might be a small place but they've used the space the best way possible. Smart design and furniture selection. Felt very comfortable and there was a use for everything. The view was great, it has it's own terrace (a bit windy the days I was there). The mattress helped have a good night's sleep. I visited early November, the heating worked well. The extra sockets were nice to have. The place is very close to the metro about 12 minute walk from Katechaki Station. Great if you wanna go to the centre of Athens as well. Also, plenty of options for food and coffee in Psychicko area or Holargos. I'd stay there again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The roof garden was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The apartment had everything we could need, including a kettle, toaster, iron, and even small touches like coffee and sweets, which made us feel very welcome. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, and it only took about 10 minutes to reach the city center by metro. Our host, Katerina, was extremely kind, polite, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and truly enjoyed our time here. If we return to Athens, we would choose this place again.
Good location, close to the metro station and close to a good connection to the airport (bus and metro). Very nice and helpful host. Very clean apartment, well equipped. Nice terrace, access only for us. Perfect for a short visit to Athens. I recommend it.
