The entire staff were kind hearted and attentive. Julian (bartender) stood out of all. He was super kind and offered great service.
The location was perfect for us, we wanted to explore the city center. We liked the entrance area, it felt like a castle.
It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It is an old hotel close to the main attractions and shopping. It is also walking distance to the waterfront and shops. The breakfast is excellent and quite good.
