This apartment was spacious, very modern and had brand new facilities. It was immaculately clean and to our surprise was serviced after our 4 th day. (We stayed 6) We rented a car which was necessary to travel around Crete but we were able to walk into town for local shopping and to find restaurants and a most wonderful bakery. The close location to the ferry port and airport was important to us and proximity to historic sites and museums made it easy to enjoy Crete culture. We also took a tour of the Kleanthi olive grove and oil factory which was very informative and lots of fun.
The communication with the host of our apartment was excellent and all questions and requests were answered promptly! We would highly recommend KoNo So Luxury Apartments to anyone visiting Crete.

It is a very modern apartment. The management was very prompt in responding to inquiries. It is clean and private. There are many amenities to help keep you comfortable, such as a washing machine and modern kitchen appliances. We were able to walk to the fort and the central market, but the weather was pleasant so it was easy especially if you enjoy walking through a cityscape. If it is hot, it may be difficult for some.
You never need to worry about losing a key as it has a keyless entry option.
This apartment is very close to Knossos so arriving there first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon would be easy and advisable to beat the large tourist buses and unavoidable crowds that arrive after 9am.
There is ample parking in the surrounding vicinity.
Another plus is just a block away is a fantastic bakery and large supermarket.
The apartment was very clean, a nice size, had all the amenities listed on Booking, and overall a smart design. The staff was also very kind and easy ti communicate with.
everything was fine. great hosts, clean and modern house. quite neighborhood. groceries could be done just a few meters away, so good location.
