Koukounari studios is a great place to spend your vacation. The host is extremely nice and helpful, offering recommendations about places and beaches to visit. We stayed in a triple room which was modern and comfortable and it had a kitchenette supplied with everything necessary for our stay. The host cleaned the room every day and everything was amazing. We loved the terrace with chairs, a bench and a grapevine with sea view. The house is on a bit of a hill but Neos Marmaras has a lot of hills anyway, it was not a problem to go to the beach and back on foot with a small child. The beach is about 10 minutes away and also you can park in front of the house and at the free parking lot just opposite the street. We highly recommend Koukounari studios for a carefree and wonderful holiday.

Spacious room and balcony, very clean and very helpfull host.

The host was very welcoming and the room was clean.

Excellent location - on a 5-min walk from the main pedestrian street with all the shops and restaurants. Room was spacious, clean and had all amenities - fridge, electric stove, A/C, TV, clothes line on the balcony. WIFI in the room was good and fast enough for browsing. The balcony was spacious and had a nice view (even partial sea view). There is a small patio next to the entrance of the building with table, benches and a lot of nice subtropical plants. The host - Katerina was really nice and friendly. We had an issue with the shower head and she responded really quickly and replaced it.
