I like how clean the rooms were. Also the shops and restaurants were really close by like 2-5min walk

Beautiful small hotel with very lovely and helpful staff, especially Mary who always checked we were happy and gave some excellent recommendations of places to visit. The pool & surrounding area was always clean and the pool was warm. Towels provided. Breakfast was small but had everything you might want including hot and cold options. The bar options were decent with all essential alcoholic drinks catered for. Location was great, 2 minute walk from some restaurants, bars and taxi rank. The town is only a 10 minute drive away where you have an enormous selection of places to eat, drink and shop.
Our room was very well sized with a nice little balcony, had everything we needed. Cleaners folded towels and made the bed every morning which was lovely to come back to after a day out.
The hotel staff (especially Mairi) were absolutely amazing, the pool at the hotel and overall presentation was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and tidy as well.
Breakfast in the morning was good - it had lots of choice from full cooked breakfast options to yoghurt & fruit, coffee, juices etc....
We had a very good time in Crete and fell in love with the place and had a great stay here.
