We really enjoyed the breakfast, the eggs were instantly prepared, it felt like home. The property is really clean and close to the main square, car is not needed to move around town.
I had visited this property 10 years ago and was very happy to see that it is still excellent! The room was very clean and warm. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It will definitely be my first choice if I visit Karpenisi again!
The host was very friendly and really helped us with tips on which places to visit, where to eat etc.She actually took out a map and marked the places to visit
along with the names of the restaurants and comments.
The room was surprisingly big and the beds were comfortable. It was very warm and we actually turned down the heater. The kitchen had a full size electric cooker and all the necessary kitchenware, and a big fridge. There was absolutely nothing blocking the view from the balcony and you could see all the mountains around. The bathroom was nice and well equipped.
Location wise, the hotel is a 3min walk from the main square and the shops and that is very nice because the town is situated on the slope of a mountain, which complicates walking around. There was no noise from the road or from other rooms.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the town.
