A detailed boutique hotel, very clean and Joy was a delight.

Nobili Boutique Hotel was located in a central part of Old Town Chania, which made it so accessible to walk everywhere. Joy, the hotel associate, was extremely responsive via WhatsApp, and took care of anything we needed. Joy was a pleasure. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable.

I booked Nobili for a big group, 4 couples for 4 rooms. One of the 4 couples needed to leave 1 day earlier, Nobili was willing to give us back the extra day I booked which was very nice of them. Each room had very unique style and was impressively decorated. The location is really good, right at the heart of Chania and there are lots of restaurants around. The host gave detailed instructions to check in. They had coffee pod machine in each room, and also wine and water. The air conditioning was very nice for the hot summer. There was also a common patio area for people to hang out. We wanted to reserve a restaurant but had no local phone number, the host reserved the restaurant for us!
