Location and staff. Also the room is small, but has everything you need for a short stay. Is not luxury, but it has is perfect value for money

I've known the staff for years, and they are invariably helpful - for restaurants, transportation, etc.

Location of the facility is great. You can easily reach out to main streets and areas that you want to see. There are various places next to the hotel that you can have coffee and drinks as well. The only thing that I can say about the street which is bit noise in early morning and late evening.

Friendly family-run hotel in an excellent central location. I requested and was given a quieter room, which was very clean with good-sized bathroom/shower and a lovely balcony overlooking the Roman ruins. Wifi and AC worked well. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. Staff were so helpful with bringing my bag up the stairs and giving advice for restaurants, public transport, directions -- anything you need, they help you! Convenient location for airport bus and tour departures from Aristotle Square, both a five minute walk away.

The window in our room opened up into the area behind the hotel so was always quiet!!
