We really loved the apartment. The contactless pick-up of the keys went smoothly. We found some water, vine and small items in the apartment. There were enough towels and kitchen equipment for everybody. 5 people could sleep very comfortably. yes, it was hot and sometimes noisy, but this is Crete and Heraklion is summertime:) Air conditioning was a saviour. We used a washing machine, it was real help travelling with only hand luggage. For us (we don't like apartments in the very centre, with lots of noise) the location of the apartment was just perfect - 10 minutes to walk to the city centre. It was really safe, many small markets around, bakeries, small tavernas. Separate thanks to the host, our additional requests were fulfilled, and the communication was just perfect from booking the apartment until we left. We really felt welcome, and the host took very good care of us.
The apartment was very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything one might need. The location is ideal. The internet is fast. The owner is very responsive and tries to accommodate her guests requests.
very kind housekeepers, very nice house with everything that you will need, perfect cleaned, very comfortable beds. Housekeepers offers free bottles of water some packed juices and delicious cookies. something very important the excellent location!! near to taxi and bus station, near to most important sightseeings and numerous very good restaurants and supermarkets
Per noi ottima🤩Sono stati premurosi e attenti ai nostri bisogni, per noi non è stato facile capire La lingua Greca,ma non ci sono stati problemi,in nostro aiuto arrivava Emanuele che parla benissimo l'Italiano🤩 Grazie di tutto, è stata una piacevolissima vacanza!
Все хорошо, апартаменты в удобном расположении, магазинчики и кафе рядом есть, до центра пешком минут 10 идти. Машину парковал рядом по улице. Горячая вода без проблем. Посуда в наличии. Нам все понравилось.
