Very spacious, modern and quite apartment, very clean, excellent location, great communication from the host. I've stayed in hotels nearby many times before but this was my most enjoyable stay in the Petraki area so far.

Location is the best part of this place. You are right in the middle of everything so you can walk everywhere

The location is amazing. Apartment seems newly refurbished, clean and functional. Metro, stores, supermarket, bars and restaurants all within 5 mins walking. Instructions to access and use the facilities were clear provided via WhatsApp.

The main description for this accommodation is location, extremely well located, tons of restaurants bars and cafes nearby, we walked from here to all the main attractions in Athens quite easily. The building is secured with 2 lifts. Good size kitchen with the basics, soft bed ( if you like those) we slept ok and we usually prefer more firm mattress, small smart TV was very good because you can connect to your stream services. You also have a washer machine that has air-dry capabilities ( handy when on a trip) and a mini market just like 20 mts away. Major shopping area ( Ermou st) just behind the building
