Maria was very responsive when we had an issue, as well as helping us plan some of our trips.

I like the location of the hotel. It is close to very nice beach and sea port.

The hotel was very good. Our apartment had sea and pool view. The main bed was comfortable but the two twins in the living room weren’t. The kitchen was pretty well staffed but a microwave would have been very handy Everyday they came to clean the apartment The people was very nice and in the pool happy hour was $5 the drinks When we arrived they told us that a guy would help us with the luggage but as soon as he realized that we were on a second floor and we had several luggages he disappeared Sunset was really nice from the bedrooms

The room that we had was part of the units that were renovated very modern and clean. We had a view of the sea and pool. The ladies at the reception desk Maria and Georgina were great and very helpful. They were accommodating when we asked if we can more 2 rooms more towards the pool and some that room wasn’t taken without hesitation changed our room. Maria also helped us to rent our car. There is a great restaurant:bar on the premises that is open all day into the night. Great food, I loved starting the day with their breakfast options. They also have organized events as Greek Night and live music (we were their for the live music) which had to signers on keyboard and guitar singing cover songs and a bit of Greek, they were pretty good. The accommodations was not too far from the Old Town in Chania and, super markets, and beaches. Which is possible to get there by local bus.

Maria and Anna on reception are wonderful. Andreas and Maria who run the bar, restaurant and pool area are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and helpful
