We stayed there only one night as we had a very early flight. Very simple but if u just need a room for a night on budget it's enough. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, neighborhood is save. But be aware as it's close to the airport it's on the way of the flight route.

I loved how clean the hotel was. It's an old style hotel, but maintained well. The staff is wonderful too. The location is alright because the airport and harbor are nearby.

I loved having a balcony with a view of the port. There were ample plugs and adequate towels, and breakfast if you chose that option. There's a very lovely restaurant just a few steps outside the door, with outdoor seating. It's just a short walk from the Hotel Poseidon to the harbor and museums. It is not a "posh" hotel but great if you're on a budget. The very best part of my experience at the Hotel Poseidon, was the genuine kindness received by those working the front desk, specifically Eirini Kokolaki who assisted me in every way imaginable. She wrote the book on Customer Service, and I will return if only to see her again!

The staff were super friendly and happy to give advice about the island and chat. Breakfast was small but very tasty and ready right away when you came down.

We only stayed one night and wanted to be close to the ferry harbour. Easy to walk down and catch the boat at 0600!
