The location is in the city center. The staff were genuinely nice and tried their best to help.
Plenty of space full of air conditioning, well located, nice private spa
It was a great location for us. Right outside of Old Town so we were able to walk to there in a few minutes. Wi-Fi was super fast so that was great too. Water pressure was amazing for the shower
Very comfortable room as well as the bed. I also appreciated the coffee machine in the room.
Beautifully appointed apartment in the old part of Heraklion.
The jacuzzi was a welcome bonus.
Easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes.
Breakfast that was included in the tariff was a 10min walk to another hotel.
