Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Quiet neighborhood yet a few minutes bus ride to fira center.

We arrived late after flight changes. Sophia was so gracious to arrange transfer, alter transport times, kindly check us in late & offer advice on walking to the nearby beach. The black beach & full moon was just beautiful as was everything at Santa Elena. Would definitely stay agin (& stay longer) here!

What was there not to like about the property?! It was so comfortable and Sophia and her brother made everything magical. The walk to the beach was lovely and quick. Breakfast was amazing with homemade pastries each morning different made by Sophia herself. Her brother made sure, I had every thing I needed, as well as her. He helped me book tours and help me with connections. They were both so gracious and welcoming. It made me feel like I had a home away from home. Santorini was truly a piece of heaven and they make it so.

Absolutely loved staying here. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, attentive to every detail, offering helpful recommendations and promptly addressing any requests. Lovely room and gorgeous views, great breakfast with various delicious choices, and the hosts are truly the best out of everywhere I ever stayed!

Sofia was fantastic helping us get the best experience over two days! She helped make our stay a great adventure ! Pool was Fantastic ! Rooms were very clean with a great little balcony area! They arranged transfers and taxis that were more affordable than the street prices!
