The customer service at this hotel is top notch. The manager and the bartender were both so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff was so helpful and friendly! We had an issue with our original airport transportation and they went out of their way to make sure we were able to get a ride! Loved the facilities as well.
Love this little European style high end hotel—all the details perfect and very clean and efficient. Tiny elevator and smaller rooms (vs US standards) but therein lies the charm. Has all the amenities and the BEST location and value, a few blocks from the Acropolis Museum. Folis and beautiful front desk lady and every person there was kind and helpful and amazing!!!
The front staff was very welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we loved the two balconies. The welcoming wine and treats was a very nice touch. We especially enjoyed the rooftop garden. The staff at the bar was amazing. We chose to eat dinner at the bar area two of the three nights we stayed at the hotel. The food was also exceptional. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The staff excelled at every level. They were so accommodating and pleasant to work with. The breakfast was very good and the service and food at the restaurant was excellent.
