I sent my parents here because it looked like a great place to be based while they were exploring Athens for a few days... and I was completely right! Located right in the gorgeous Kolonaki neighborhood, they felt like they were in the ideal location to explore the main sights of central Athens on foot, with a gorgeous place to come home to each night. Plus, they raved about the staff, the balcony on their room, and the spectacular views of the Parthenon at sunset.

Everyone is so helpful and tries to assist regardless of what time it is. Always clean, super accessible to different parts of Athens, and the rooms are great.

We arrived early and while we weren’t able to check in, they were very accommodating. Breakfast was great. Amenities were nice. Room very comfortable.

My stay at The Modernist Hotel Athens was truly memorable. The hotel itself has a stylish, contemporary vibe that I loved great attention to detail everywhere you look. But what really stood out to me were the incredible bath products. They’re simply amazing! I enjoyed them so much that I ended up buying a bar of their soap to take home with me. The breakfast at the hotel deserves a special mention as well. Everything was top shelf, with very fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was such a treat to start the day with such a delicious and thoughtfully prepared meal. All in all, I highly recommend The Modernist Hotel Athens it’s a fantastic place to stay if you appreciate modern design, great amenities, and a little bit of luxury.
