This was the most adorable boutique resort. It was very charming and the level of care we received from the staff was spectacular. My family is from a village nearby Gytheio and staying at Thirides made me feel right at home.

First impressions can be wrong. We thought our gps was malfunctioning as it sent us down a path through olive trees to a deserted beach. We parked near a small white fence and discovered a pool with a property that expanded back up the slope. The staff was pleasant, the pool and beach were beautiful. The room was quiet and felt private even though it was part of a cluster. At night, the town of Gyphio was nearby and full of interesting restaurants on the harbor.
