Extremely Spacious, Perfect Location, Many balcony’s that get lots of sun and perfect for sunsets. New air con units and very comfy bedding.

Villa Gio offered us a SUPERB stay in Malia, Crete! We were very warmly welcomed by the hostess with some delicious Mediterranean treats. The villa is spacious, spotless, and even more luxurious than the photos. The hostess was super friendly and available to address any questions. We loved the balcony view and all the amenities that Villa Gio provided - just as described! The villa is conveniently located in Malia, only a 20-minute drive from the airport, next to a traditional neighborhood and by the beach. Malia is a very lively village with something for every taste and age, and we enjoyed the sun and the stunning beach. It is a fairly short drive from Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos, making it an ideal site to explore Crete, which we are looking forward to doing on our next stay. Villa Gio is definitely a gem for a very reasonable price - we highly recommend it!

It was a nice home in the center of Malia. Very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had all the needed appliances and everything else anyone could need was in walking distance.

The stay was perfect, Marina was kind and she took care of everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms was clean and very nice. The location of the apartment was perfect! Two minutes walk from the club street of the bars, and restaurants but still did not hear the noise of parties. There is a big and nice terrace. We definitely come back!!!
