The hotel is located not far from the beach. It includes small kitchen and washing machine.
1. The staff at the reception communicated in the negative way and didnt help us with our request, though promised us.
2. The inconvenient check-in and check-out, at 16.00 pm/11.00 am. In general, usual hotels hours: 15.00 pm/12.00 pm
3. The shower has a hole between door and the floor, as result from time to time the bathroom was full of water.
4. No safebox.
5. No beach towels.
6. The food in the refrigerator was always wet.
7. From time to time there were cigarette buts on our balcony - they fell down from other floors.
8. The balcony door was broken and the door wasnt locked up in a proper way.
9. Endless queues to the elevators.
10. Cleaning lady took our bathrobes and didnt leave new ones. We asked administrator to bring them to us, but our request wasnt satisfied. We have been waiting for a few days and then asked cleaning lady about it, and get them only after it.
11. Bath towels were with holes.
12. Once we came back and found cleaning lady in our room, she was sitting on the chair and watching video instead of cleaning. She asked us to wait for a little bit, but when she has left, we found than she didnt complete cleaning, as it should be done.
Sorry, but this hotel doesnt deserve 4 stars. If you dont want to spoil your vacation, it's to better to choose another hotel.
