Nice and simple hotel in the heart of old Batumi, very good location and view. Supportive and friendly owner and his family, recommend for holiday stay.
The room was spacious, with all the necessary furniture for a tourist

This is a fine pleace if you want an accomodation for one night in the center, everything is close.
Free parking means you park on the street, there is no parking lot.
Our room was a bit small for two so if you plan to spend more than one day in Batumi, choose a bigger one.

A very clean and pleasant hotel located within walking distance of many good restaurants and close to Europe square and the beach. AC was very pleasant to have in such hot weather and the balcony was a real plus!
