Excellent location. A lot of cafes, restaurants and shops around, banks, Georgian post, etc. A couple of minutes walk from 6 May Park. Comfortable and quiet rooms, much quieter than you can expect from Chavchavadze/Gorgiladze area. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Next time I visit Batumi I will most probably stay here again.
Excellent view. In my room there were huge windows on the entire wall. Clean beds. Comfortable furniture. Located in the exact center of the city with a wonderful view. Great helpful staff solved any problem.
As for the cones I can mention the old floor cover and shower. Also quite simple breakfast.

Good clean and bright rooms, friendly staff, we were comfortable, close to all necessary places, shops, restaurants and others. Water costs 1 GEL, almost market price. We were surprised, it costs 3 GEL in other hotels. Breakfast was light but very tasty, we liked it
