i mean, you go there for one reason and one reason only: it’s a soviet-era throwback with soviet furniture and you can get a taste of tskaltubo’s glory era. no idea how it compares with any of the other hotels in tskaltubo but i don’t care—i wanted a retro soviet experience and i got it. that said, as a hotel, it was clean, staff were reasonably nice (especially the guy at the lobby bar!), and the bathrooms were updated and modern. the pool is nice too.
Great Soviet Era vibe. Perfect location for exploring a once great spa town. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely come again.
This is a wonderful and truly unique hotel. The place has been well restored and is beautiful. Also the pool is great and the breakfast was the most varied and delicious that we had in Georgia
In the park, for relaxing away from noise, within walking distance to spring number 6 and considered as a historic building.
