I really liked the staff at ZP Hotel. They really try their best to assist you and make you feel comfortable. The room I was allocated at first had some electrical issues, so the next day they changed my room. The view from the balcony of the room was very nice. Also, the receptionist Edita was so friendly and helpful. She suggested restaurants and traditional food that are must try while visiting Georgia. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful, especially Ms. Kate! She's an angel in human form. She was always so understanding and kind. She patiently assisted me in all my requests while I stayed there. The breakfast buffet was good and timing was also perfect. I absolutely recommend ZP Hotel to everyone visiting Tbilisi.

The location was great. Staff were very kind. Bathroom was clean and tidy and shower area was huge. Breakfast was so delicious.

Really clean and nice hotel and friendly staff. They even let us stay in one of our rooms for a bit longer as our flight was a bit later in the day.
