The hotel location was perfect. The room was spacious and well-furnished. There was a fridge, a kettle, and a super-cold AC unit. The bathroom was clean and well-lit. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty. The room service staff were very friendly and helpful.
The photocopier at the reception didn't work when we needed it. I'd rather the hotel installed a more traditional shower in the bathroom. I think they also should increase the number of towels to match the number of guests in the room. The internet quality at the lobby can be improved.
