The room was nice and you can find all what you need!
But what makes this place special and amazing is the staff, I’m surprised since the begging, since the entrance until I left. In the entrance I was received by Mohamed and another guy, both of them very kind and proceeded to take me to the reception, there was where I met a gem of this hotel, Ahmed Hamza. He’s the best host and extremely helpful, check in process was very fast and flexible since I came earlier, all the time I was assisted by Hamza who offered to me the best service that I had ever had. Hamza was willing to help and he did his best to make my stay wonderful, I even extended my stay for one more night and I’m happy to have this great experience. I wish I can come back soon to Sharm and stay in the same hotel, I’m sure there’s no hotel can reach that level of service. Thanks a lot Ahmed Hamza for making my trip the best in Sharm, thanks for your kindness, help and great hospitality.
