- The owner Mr. Ahmed Metwally is very kind and helpful.
- Nice and clean chalet with neat features, especially the flat stove and the electric oven.
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Both the beach and pool are within a minute's walk.
- Four good options available for food and beverages inside the resort: 7abiba (Fast food & drinks on the beach) - The Borgoula Restaurant (Next to the pool and beach - Breakfast and lunch available from 7 AM to 6 PM) - The Hotel's Restaurant (Breakfast from 7 to 9 AM & Dinner from 7 to 9 PM) - Paradise (Waffle & Ice Cream Kiosk).
- Services are available near the resort (Pharmacies, supermarkets, outside restaurants, etc.)

A nice clean place near to the pool and the beach. Mr.Ahmed , the owner, is every cooperative man and asks every day of our stay if we need any help. I recommend that place for families and I am sure they will enjoy the stay.
