Close to the airport, secure, friendly staff, comfortable & clean facilities.

The place was really clean and the staff and owner were really nice and treated me like family. They made sure I had everything I needed within their power. I felt very welcomed.

Friendly and accommodating staff and owners made up for the small things that weren't as expected. Really nice to have solar to power the lights during load shedding. Very nice grounds and quiet location not far from the airport.

Safe location, staff were so so kind especially the owners who ended up taking us to a family dinner because we were hungry! The driver was so kind and took us out whenever we wanted and they offered airport drop off. There were other people on the property who helped us with excursions. There’s a pool, outdoor seating, a nice lounge area, and even a dining room!

Communications with Mukala were very easy. Juliet and her staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious and had all we needed for a nights stay. Our unit had a fully equipped kitchen and fans were provided for the evening when the power was off. The lodge runs a generator so electricity was no problem. We were able to arrange an early morning airport transfer through them. The lodge is on the airport side of town.
