Clean place with nice terrace and comfort room, was few missing items in kitchen and we got it within 5 min. after asking.
Location is great if you have car its about 7 min. driving to beach or to any big supermarket.
Communication with host was easy via WhatsApp / Booking MSG's.
4 parking slots near main entrance, I had no problem to part during a 5 days we stay here - always was a free slot or two.
Small Coffee Machine was a nice bonus - we didn't expect it in the kitchen.
The terrace, great location, really nice host, would definetely stay again when in Eilat
