The staff was amazing. Whatever we asked, they helped us, we didn't know our rooms do not have a balcony, they found 2 rooms with a balcony and let us switch
The manager was really good
The only negative point was that the water in the swimming pool was cold for me. But everything excluding these was fine: tasty food in the dining hall, nice and friendly staff, comfortable room, interesting activities in the hotel lobby. And it wasn’t crowded there; I always found a sunbed near the swimming pool or a place in the dining hall.
