The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and we loved the room and the pool
Great location. Courteous staff. Beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable accommodations. Plentiful breakfast spread in a beautiful dining room. We enjoyed all the outdoor amenities.
Breakfast was great! Wonderful breads, fruit, spreads, veggies, fish and desserts.
Front desk staff very attentive... Johnathan was a big help...Some room maintenance items were attended to promptly.
The Bed was extremely comfortable
The hotel is in an excellent location near the beach and in the center of Tiberias. It has a private beach and a pool overlooking the Sea of Galilee. It includes convenient parking and commendable service.
The food was delicious, the view was spectacular and the rooms were very comfortable with bathrooms that had separate shower and large soaking tubs. The staff were wonderful, from Jonathan at checkin who was so kind and helpful, to Chaim the grilling chef who made our steaks to perfection for dinner. All the staff from housekeeping to the waitstaff at dinner and breakfast always had a smile on their face asking us if there was anything we needed. We have been to many hotels all over the world and the service at this hotel is five star service.
