The hotel was really good and clean. The best was the night staff who was in the reception. He helped us a lot and he was very friendly too. The room was clean and silent.
Location is too good...I stayed in the dormitory which able to accomodate 10 members but only one bathroom is available inside. Common bathrooms are there. Since that is for all rooms it is quite difficult to use restrooms due to we are 6 members. But comfort of stay is too good. So worth of stay and also it is located in the munnar town.
The location is very good - close to everything and also far from the noise.
The room is clean, has hot water.
However I think it might get a bit cold in the room during colder months, however blankets were provided.
