Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in kasauli. The breakfast was to our expectation. The hotel is located in center of dharampur and kasauli even if one wishes to walk around. All the rooms are heated which is plus in winters and access by lift.
Will definitely visit again
