The staff, Alam was very helpful and supportive. We usually stay at Radisson Blu which was fully booked. I was apprehensive to consider any other hotel, primarily for cleanliness. This place was a joyous surprise !

Attitude of one of the front office manager was not up to the mark when I landed Hotel early in the morning though, I had booked the hotel for early morning check in. I had to book another hotel till 12 Noon.

Behaviour of all the staffs, specially the front desk manager Mr. Alam. People were cooperative and amiable at all the departments. All the best.

Good location. Low cost yet high quality. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness, breakfast spread and quick room meals service. Staff was very helpful and ultra polite. Shows they have been trained well.
