Everything was fantastic! Great location, clean rooms which were well serviced daily. The little amenities in the room like coffees, teas, dental kits, soaps and shaving kits (yes, that too!!!) is nothing short of amazing. They thought of everything, including replenishing bottled water on a daily basis!
Absolutely pleasant, helpful staff with the right attitudes towards excellent customer service in all areas of the hotel. This is driven by an amazing leadership team of Glen and Imraan. Well done guys, thank you, it was awesome!! Easy access to Colaba and Mumbai central with taxis, or tuk tuk vans for local rides within Andheri.
Nice breakfast, nothing fancy but enough good choices. Convenient to reach from the airport yet still pretty quiet. Perfectly clean. Superb lighting of the room.

Hotel was very clean.Easy to communicate with staff, and they were very attentive. Once we established a raport with staff, they were personable and fun. Bottled water was provided and plentiful. Breakfast menu changed a little daily, and they also had standards like fruit and omelets that were great every day. The neighborhood was active, with lots to see and eat while wandering around.
It was a very convenient location. Staff is really helpful and polite. The service is very quick and prompt when you ask for anything. Very clean and nicely maintained place. Food is amazing. Thank you all for a very comfortable stay.
