Exquisite building and location. Friendly staff. Excellent food.
Staff were all excellent and went out of their way to assist us.
The room was large, well-appointed and quiet. The breakfast buffet was the best we have experienced in India, with wonderful options for vegetarians - including exquisite pastries. All the staff was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They helped with tour bookings and more. The Holi celebration at Jai Mahal Palace was unforgettable - so much fun! And the Holi buffet lunch was fantastic! We also thoroughly enjoyed the food and staff at the Italian restaurant on site and the evening music and dance performances. Although we haven't actually planned to return to Jaipur, I am tempted to go back just to stay here again! AND KUDOS to Md. Raees Khan, the bansuri flute master at breakfast who jammed with my husband on the duduk, much to everyone's delight. Our stay here was one of my best memories in India over decades.

We loved the location, the room and the ambience of the place. The whole experience is truly wonderful.
Among the highlights are the friendliness of all of the staff. My wife and I are vegan and the staff was really accommodating. In particular, Aslam bhai, prepared masala desi chai with non dairy (oat) milk. It was a pleasure to wake up to it every morning. There are so many others who were so kind and helpful.
The room was nice, large and clean. Even though we were in the city, it was very quiet. We both had wonderful sleep both nights.
We also took advantage of the spa and massage services. It was very blissful.
Highly recommend staying here. Super wonderful. We will be back.
