The staff were hospitable and helpful. The property is well maintained and close to the Vemdanad lake. The food was also good. The staff were also helpful in providing with the contact information of the boat and cab drivers.
The property is located at the Backwater with a stunning view. It is exceptionally clean and the staff is very very attentive. The cleaning happens almost throughout the entire day, very meticulously. At the reception Ms. Deepthi is very supportive and guides very properly regarding the local places to visit. Thomas who is a room attendant is also very very attentive. The food also is very tasty and fresh fish are served here. All in all this hotel gives an experience of living in a 5 star.
The location was really good with nice view to the lake. It was calm and comfortable and a nice getaway place for a quite day or two.
The food served was ok, nothing exceptional to call out- basic food. But the staff was really friendly and caring..thumbs up to them.
Night time ambience was more commendable..
Value for money, unparalleled hospitality of the staff, delicious food, tidy surroundings. And the bill was far less than I expected. Never experienced a royal stay like this with very low price.
Excellent location, spacious.
Property is being renovated (as of Jan 2024). It is meant to be a very good 3* property though it has all the potential to become a 5* world class resort..wish the renovation will improve the facilities and not just the rooms.
