The staff was amazing. The Hotel Manager was very helpful, providing us with useful information and tips. He genuinely cared about our experience in the city. We visited during a festival, which made transportation to the airport quite challenging. However, he arranged everything and even escorted us to the car, as it couldn't enter the hotel area due to the large crowds in the city at that time. Despite being located in a very busy area (near the Bazaars and main Ghats), the hotel was surprisingly quiet.
The family room was really spacious with two large size bathrooms.Reception, Staff all were really nice. Sandip helped us a lot and Rajesh ji delivered quick and delicious food whenever asked.they(sandip and rajesh ji)also carried our luggage to and fro.Location was prime.Elevator, Smart TV, good wifi were also working up to the mark.
Location is near to market ghat and shiv Mandir
Rickshaw ride is close , family of 12 stayed and enjoyed
Lift access is useful, staff is helpful

Good breakfast and staff. At station people may confuse you because this hotel does not give commission to the auto drivers . But hotel is really good .
