Very friendly staff and very cooperative people and always ready to help for any information or clarification
The friendliness of the staff. In the lobby, the receptionists were very keen to answer all my questions and make my stay as comfortable as possible. In the restaurant, staff spoke basic English, which I appreciated as they worked to provide an enjoyable meal, which it was. Food is excellent with many non-spicy options. The location is great, although far from the ghats, as it is near a lake and a garden which makes it a quiet place to stay to have a break from honking vehicles in the street. Overall, one of my best stays in India.
Cooperative staff, pretty clean, good service, food was very reasonably priced...they accommodated us for a little extra time beyond the check out time..
The hotel seems to be newly built or renovated. Front desk staff was very helpful. Car can go very close to the front desk, so good for elderly people.
Good value for money. Clean hotel, good location, good hotel restaurant (with affordable prices). The staff was very helpful and helped me to arrange transportation to Sarnath and elsewhere.
