We were upgraded to a Lake view room. Rooms are huge. Some rooms have plunge pool in it. Away from the crowd, amidst nature it's a perfect holiday.

It's so nice when the restaurant and room service staff go out of their way to make things special, especially when you're with your pet. A good, attentive staff can really make all the difference.
