Uttam the caretaker was very helpful and friendly. Quiet location and great green views all around. Amazing location for a peaceful stay.
It's a small property (only 5 cottages) decently managed. Clean and compact. The care taker is responsive.

Everything here was exceptional.. the stay the room.. couple can get the privacy they want. The pool was clean and the caretaker was exceptionally helpful.
Property is very nice located in a peaceful place in parra. It’ll be a best option to stay for families who are thinking to have a peaceful stay amidst the chaos in goa. Its hardly 20 minutes drive to baga and Anjuna beach which isn’t a problem if you have a vehicle.
