The property is situated very near to the main road. Very good ambience and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
You can book your stay with your eyes closed.
We felt the location a bit coccy but as far as the room/hotel is concern i might rate it 11/10

A veg restaurant nearby udupi manjunath is amazing too
The place is spick and span. All the basic facilities, as mentioned, are available.
Clean towels and toiletries. Packaged drinking water and electric kettle. Tea or coffee with whitener.There is WiFi and TV. On the whole value for money.
The room was spacious and soundproof and AC was also working perfectly
It was very clean and the location was excellent .
