We stayed at the presidential villa and it was wonderful! Such a great space for my whole group and the private pool makes it perfect. The views alone is worth it.
Beautifully landscaped, well maintained, caring staff
Stuff and location very nice. I celebrated my birthday there and they gave me a better room plus many little surprises.
Service at the restaurant is very slow.
Took us 1 hour to get lunch.
Broke the wheel of our luggage
Staff were the highlight of the stay, they were friendly, warm, welcoming and treated us like family. My 2 boys felt like royalty!
Chef Har Bans Singh bent over backwards to cater for us, so much that my wife wanted to ask him to stay with us in london!
Restaurant staff: Gopi, Abishek, Tanisha, Kaushik, tended to all our requests, with a smile and never made us feel our requests were too much.
The human touch, warmth and excellent service, should make Taj group feel proud of their staffing team.
The property was exceptional too, the rooms were quaint and rustic, the pools were great way to cool off, the boating/ snacks/ games at teatime was a highlight too.
I would rate this hotel at 5 star, with the staff above, i would rate it as 6 star!! thankyou for all your efforts team, you made it a memorable one!
