The location, ambience, staff, room decor and feel of a palace, superb food.Right from the entry by boat and showering of rose petals to the end of our stay was exotic
it was a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our special occasion even more remarkable.
The service was impeccable, with every staff member displaying dedication, professionalism, and a high standard of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The attention to detail and personal touch added to the warmth of our stay.
The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavors that catered to our taste perfectly. Every meal was a delightful experience, and we truly appreciate the effort put into ensuring that everything was just perfect.
Staying here was like living in a museum. The location is just a short boat ride from the major attractions. Dinner experience was very good. The sunset cruise was nice and the tour of the palace was informative. Our room was upgraded which was a nice surprise.
The moment we reached the ferry ghat to catch the boat to reach the hotel we felt special. The staff was exceptional. The welcome routine to the hotel was great, we felt special.
The property is beautiful with breathtaking views of the city palace and other lakeside buildings. In the evening the scene becomes magical. The food was great. Overall it was a great experience.
This was one of the most outstanding hotels we have stayed in!! Absolutely everything was exceptional - from the stunning location on the lake, the gorgeous Palace suite, the wonderful meals in the restaurant to the outstanding staff!! The warmth, professionalism and ability to anticipate all our needs was extraordinary.
We came to celebrate my birthday and all the staff already knew this was a special occasion for me and they all went the extra mile - starting from Mr Kunal at the jetty who set the stage and continued with his amazing hospitality to the boatman, the doorman, the rose petal shower (so fun!) to the birthday cake, Ms Rashmi and her colleagues at check in, the cleaning and gardening staff to all the servers in the wonderful restaurant- they made it a very special weekend!! I was so blown away and touched by the genuine hospitality. Thank you all so much!!
