Very helpful, responsive, and supportive staffs. Reception/front desk assisted me to rent a cab from hotel to air port. Hotel offers very good quality vegan foods at reasonable price, cooked inhouse. This hotel is on the way to ISBT Dehradun (just nearby). They have onsite Pizza Hut, nearby KFC, MAX outlet etc. Good location.
The staff was very co-operative.
I visited the hotel after a couple of months (post renovation) and the cleanliness, food quality, and room service have improved tremendously.
Will definitely visit again.
Everything. The location, rooms, staff, food. 10/10. Sumit, Ankit were very helpful at all times and made our stay worthwhile. The cl cleaning staff are very kind aunties who make you feel homely. They're overall very helpful with the vicinity and all the local help.
The location. It was very close to ISBT and my working place. Food was alao good.
Manisha and Kapil Rana are really very kind and making everything for guests to feel better than at home.
It was first time during my visit in India when I felt as an appreciated and warmly welcomed guest.
Room was quite big, huge breakfast and clean spaces.
